Your referring dentist or physician may give you a written explaination of why you are being referred to us. Sometimes, the dentist or physician sends this to us directly, and sometimes they may hand it to you and ask that you bring it with you to your appointment. Current x-rays, if applicable may also be sent with you or mailed directly to us by your referring dentist or physician.
